Who we are
830 Studio ("we", "us") creates social media content, graphic design and websites for businesses in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit 830studio.com or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or work with us, we receive what you share: your name, email address, business name, phone number, messages and any files, logos or photos you send.
- Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes basic data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites and doesn't identify you personally.
- Third-party resources. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.
Cookies
We don't set our own cookies and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) work without cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to tell people apart from automated bots. These don't identify you personally and aren't used for marketing.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver our services, including planning, designing and publishing your content.
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Client materials and account access
If you're a client, we use the materials you give us (photos, videos, brand files) and any access you grant to your social media accounts only to provide our services. When our work together ends, we stop using your account access, and we return or delete your materials if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as email, file storage, website hosting and payment processing. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you or work with you, and afterwards only as long as accounting, tax or legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, and to correct it or delete it. Email us at [email protected]. We'll confirm your request and answer within 45 days.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA): to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Where your information is processed
Our team works remotely and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside your state or country, including in the United States and Argentina. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's handled.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and two-step verification on our accounts. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites, such as Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be clearly noted here.
